    "My neighborhood has great access to public transportation, is a short jaunt to easy highway access, and not super far from downtown and has pretty direct access. It's a really great place to live for so many reasons!"

    "everyone looks out for each other, we have neighborhood barbecues, and the coffee shop/wine bar have shows in the street where families grab blankets and snacks and watch from the grass. close to everything you need. but still quiet! yay!"

    "I have lived in this neighborhood for 20 years. I love it. I have great neighbors. There are restaurants in walking distance as well as coffee shops and an acupuncture business. Great location for commuting both car and transit. We are close to light rail and bus routes. Also we have great parks."

    "I have lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years, I have seen it go through a lot of changes for the better, It has always been a nice neighborhood It was full of elderly people and a few single families when I moved in it is now full of young upwardly mobile families & singles now. the only downside to this neighborhood is occasional airport noise."
