    "My girlfriend and I have lived here for almost a year now and we love it. It's a nice, quiet neighborhood with a lot of mature trees in the yards. Friendly neighbors, great little u-shaped block to walk around during the Spring/Summer months. And pretty easy, quick access to 252 to get to either 94 or 610. Nice little neighborhood, we will be here for years to come."
