    "We have lived here for over 20 years...Love the neighbors, always willing to lend a hand, most everyone waves and says hello...We have "happy hour" where we share pizza, snacks or else have a cook-out in the summer months. Love the locations, no more than 15 minutes to anywhere in town."

    "I lived in this area for 24 years and have never seen any crime, and always had quiet and friendly neighbors. Super-easy access to freeways and close to great shopping at Knapp's Corner and Fuller/Leonard intersection. Lots of restaurants within two miles."
