    "Like all cities there are some shady areas that are less desirable. The roads are horrible. Many nice areas & people. I have found that if you are respectful that is what you get in return. "

    "I've lived here for a year and the neighbors are very friendly / pet friendly and we all look out for one another and help keep our community clean and free of garbage/trash ect.. within our neighborhood I like it here but however there is an issue with my apt that I live in that is bothersome to me if it was not so I would not even be moving."

    "Mostly safe area. Very dog friendly. Quiet all year long. Parks in walking distance and many flint and community events in the neighborhood. Packages are safe on doorstep. Crim runners route. Facebook community. Block club and yearly neighborhood yard sales. Garbage day on Tuesday."

    "Not familiar with the area, but from visiting my niece it seems to be a decent neighborhood. The neighbors seem friendly. I visit my niece a few times a week, sometimes I stay the night too."
