    "I've lived in Pinecrest neighborhood since 2007. It is a great place to raise children with an incredible park and school just down the street. The neighbors are kind and friendly! It's a very safe neighborhood, too! I would highly recommend this neighborhood if you have children and looking to relocate."

    "Close to shopping, but not a through-street. This neighborhood is very quiet, and the neighbors are very respectful. There are some children in the neighborhood, and they are well-behaved. Dog owners generally carry waste bags for their dog-walking activities."
