    "I live in this area, and there are so many wonderful things about the neighborhood! There are 3 great and sizable parks, with tennis, a soccer field, basketball, and playground equipment for all ages. There is a lot of fun neighborhood get-togethers, like Memorial Day Parades, block parties, and more! A fabulous elementary school, King Elementary, is 5 minutes walking distance. A great location!"
