We have had some amazing caring teachers for my daughter. The SPED is in incredible but doesn’t always the support they deserve. I’ve been to other elementary schools close by and the admin and office is welcoming. hesitate to give this school 5 stars now, mostly based on the administration. Another parent said what I feel perfectly “ What was once an inviting school with great parental involvement and support, because parents and families felt welcome, has now turned into a place where patents dread coming into the building. The office staff is not welcoming.” The counselor is awful, literally just there to clock in and out. She’s standoffish and curt. Doesn’t do much to help social situations with kids. The use to many screens for the younger kids and too much emphasis on testing. They have one time a year where parent can come have lunch with their kids at the end of the year and if it rains your screwed it’s cancelled and not rescheduled. I am glad we only have a couple years left. However I have had serious thoughts about moving to a different elementary school.

Windsor Farm Elementary is a wonderful school with a supportive tight-knit community. Go Eagles!

I was an Eagle Cove School parent, and the most beautiful part of the school was the irreplaceable education and JOURNEY my children had under the guidance of highly qualified, engaged and caring faculty and administrators. My kids loved learning and really developed their skills. My family received financial aid, we were not able to make significant donations to the school (although I wish we could have), and we were treated with the utmost respect and kindness. We were a small community, and it is telling to note that to my knowledge, no students left the school when the previous poster said s/he was taking out his/her child. That post just doesn't ring true, and you could ask the other 65 families who were there--they would agree with me. The only conflict was our sadness that the school had to close for financial reasons. After ECS closed, my children entered another local school and are performing very well (and are not really being challenged), although I have to say, they are not as excited nor eager about being in school as they used to be. There will never be another school like Eagle Cove School.

Very good. I feel my child is safe when at school, that the teachers and administration genuinely care.
