    "I grew up in the neighborhood. Large park with summer programs, ample sidewalks for walking, and lovely views of the river. Quiet with easy access to the best bakeries in the city and local produce and fish markets. Not far from larger grocery stores either. Excellent neighbors that have also been in the area for years. "
