    "I have two dogs so a dog friendly area is super important to me. this neighborhood is perfect for walks but there are quite a few stray cats so if your dog is sensitive to that, watch out! either way, it's a beautiful neighborhood! I love living here ! "

    "I have lived in the area for over a year now. Moved from Texas last year. Peace and quiet and I am two blocks from the street car. I am walking distance from Fat Harry's Bar, both Superior restaurants, and Fresh Market. I can't ask for anything more!"
