"There are lots of children of all ages in the area but public schools anywhere in Baton Rouge are horrible, so enrollment in private schools is a definite requirement if looking to relocate here from another city or even state. "

"Families are very cordial and kind. Very kid friendly neighborhood. Many bikers are seen enjoying the sidewalks and families playing outside."

"Great neighborhood!!!! Love the people around me. Lawns are clean and neighborhood as a whole is wonderful. Lots of families are walking the areas and enjoying the peacefulness. Relatively close to target, Lowe’s and Best Buy as well as many other business establishments. This neighborhood is by far the friendliest around!!!!!! I can trust my family to ride bikes in the area and feel comfortable with them being by themselves. Walking distance to the local grocery and walking distance to the nearest gas station. We live in a cul de sac so may reasons for living here is because there is only one way in and one way out. Plus we have cameras!!!!!!!!!! "

"People are super polite! The neighborhood is safe and people have little to no worries about crime. I would definitely live in this area."
  • Waltfromla
"The neighborhood is a short cut for vehicles that speed. Al lot of strangers are walking the area. There are a lot of packages that disappear from neighbors front doors. It’s a older neighborhood and no young children . Not a friendly neighborhood."

"Keep an eye on your children outside and in the streets. Cars make u turns all day on this street from Millerville. "
  • Aldodge
"I would say my commute to work probably could not get any better than it is now. Right off of I12 makes it easy to get to work in the morning and quick to get home. "

"i love my my neighborhood because of the space between each house and it is quiet, clean, nice neighbors and peaceful."
  • Oliviakateburdette
"Convenient to I-10, I-12, Airline Hwy, and not far from downtown BR. It’s a safe neighborhood with a grocery store (Reeve’s) and gas station (Racetrac) within walking distance. Our neighborhood is quiet and friendly!"
  • Racar45
"This is a really nice place to live with friendly neighbors. Wish the caution light at only entrance into subdivision was a traffic light instead. Sometimes difficult to get in and out of main entrance."
