    "Morningside is a good side of town. Not too wild of neighbors, good kids in the neighborhood, good people all around. There is a local community play ground, people are always there playing with their children, shootin hoops, cooking out. "

    "the neighborhood is good its pretty quiet calm and clean you got loud ones here and there lots of people own pets here there is a local area public park in the area and its kept up pretty well"

    "Not a very nice neighborhood, but nobody bothers you.. most people stick to their selves and there’s not much traffic. There’s a park and basketball court in the center that people regularly go to. Lately, our neighborhood has had a few houses knocked down that were a hazard and a road or 3 paved over. Nice to see them cleaning up our area. Can’t wait to see the finished product. "
