    "I have lived here in this house for 15 yrs. Never had a break in nor anything stolen from my yard. The police take their breaks and guard the schools right over here. Very peaceful! No problems, unless you're the problem! "

    "I have resided in this neighborhood for 5 yrs. Cost of living isn’t too high where I am but the cost in surrounding area is currently going up for no reason at all. School district is the pits!! My son goes to a charter school across the opposite side of town for a better education. Race time this area is considered “speedway” but kids can’t attend that district. "

    "Great, quiet neighborhood with terrific access to downtown. Art museum nearby. Minutes to Butler or Marian Universities, Cardinal Ritter High School, St. Michael's Elementary. Less than 15 minutes to downtown shopping, sports facilities and museums. Westview Hospital and Healthplex very near. "
