    "I've lived in this neighborhood for 7 years. I started by renting and purchased in 2014. Westchester is very safe and family friendly. It boasts two parks and is close to all the best west side shopping."

    "Not too many off leash dogs to worry about when walking your dog, which is nice. can be a struggle to get people to pick up after their dogs though. "
