    "We have many families living in our neighborhood. We have two parks within walking distance & a library. We have a variety of local restaurants,grills & pubs in our downtown area within walking distance & as well as brand name eating establishments within 10-15 minutes driving of our neighborhood. Lots of activities & festivals in the down area for families to enjoy during summer & fall. "
