"Gorgeous area with properties mostly from the 1920's. Mature landscaping, numerous architectural styles a mile or so walk to downtown Aurora. The area is a pleasant surprise."

"Historical area of beautiful homes-Copley Mansion, churches in a quiet residential neighborhood without the crazy price tag of Naperville or Lincoln Park."

"Aurora offers the very best of everything, especially the downtown area. Just minutes from so much culture and exceptional bus and train transportation right downtown! Within a block or two, you are in one of the most beautiful and historic areas of Aurora and wonderful for biking and walking! Aurora is recognized as having a very low crime rate for its size!"

"This area of Aurora is very nice. It is close to many schools and churches. Abraham Lincoln park is only a short walk and has volleyball court, playground and walking track and adjacent is a dog park. Their is a very quaint shopping area only a short walk south with groceries, salons, auto repair, dry cleaners, restaurant. Pace bus service is only a 2 block walk and services Metra, Greyhound, Waubonsee Community College and many more destinations. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and safe. 10 minutes to I-88 access. Downtown Aurora is only minutes away and has many great places to visit. Aurora University is a short walk west. This part of Aurora is a perfect place to raise a family."
