    "There are lots of dogs in the neighborhood. Therefore means there is barking. Don’t move to a dog friendly neighborhood if you don’t like that. Also loose dogs from time to time. Not a huge problem. "

    "Cheap neighborhood with a lot of issues. It is not the greatest neighborhood, but you can tell most of the people here do not care about its deteriorating value and culture. Cannot wait to move out of here next month."
