    "My Mom has lived here for 50+ years. There is a big mix of ages now. It has always been a good neighborhood for kids . Schools are close by and there is a neighborhood pool. Lake Mayer is in walking distance for tennis, basketball, walking/running, and even sailing lessons."

    "I grew up in this neighborhood. My Mom has lived here 50 years. It is great to see so many of the homes being rehabbed. There is a lovely pool to belong to and Lake Mayer is in walking distance. The lots are nice sized, and people look after each other here."
