The staff of EC has helped my sons transition to a new school. They also hae a team of teachers helping my oldest cope with social issues. They are strict and run a tight ship, but students are challenged and learn in interactive and interesting ways. It's fair to say my sons have grown intellectually.

i would not reccomend this school! the staff are always trying to diagnose kids and get them medicine for inattention. the school needs diversity. it also needs to be cleaner. the staff dresses casual everyday.

My daughter attended PPS from K-3rd grade. I have been very pleased with PPS. As far as the other parents comment with 3rd graders learning what we learned in 5th grade, that's every school now. Kids are so much more advanced than we were at that age. Pepperell has been a 'No Excuses' award winner for the past few years. (test scores vs. per capita income) usually lower income area's (Lindale) have lower test scores. Not Pepperell Primary. They are always above state average. My daughter attended 4th grade in Gordon county, and was ahead of her new class. We bought a home this month, and 50% of the decision was school district. We wanted nothing other than Pepperell.

Our daughter attended St. Mary's and loved everything about it. She bounced out of bed every morning to get ready for school. Unfortunately, we had to move out of the area and were heartbroken that we had to leave St. Mary's. If you want your child to get an excellent education where the teachers and staff truly care about your child, this is the place for you. St. Mary's has it all. They provide PE, music, art, computer, and Spanish classes. All of the teachers are fabulous and well versed in their area of expertise. St Mary's has a high standard of excellence and the students willingly meet these expectations. The school provides ample opportunities for children to participate in extra-curricular activities. There are also many ways for parents to be involved with the school. There are fun activities all year long which makes school exciting for the students. All of this is done in a caring Christian environment. We love St. Mary's School!

I was sold on this school a few years ago when looking for a good program for my son, but after our interview, we knew that it wasn’t really a child friendly program. The lady that interviewed us was extremely rude and seemed to want compliance out of my 1.5 year old more than to engage with him. We met in the library, and my kid just wanted to look at the books, because he was barely even a toddler. Afterwards, the lady took him out to the playground and pulled him off of the curb by his hand and he fell and scraped his knee. She just stared at him crying on the ground. No comfort or anything. We left shocked and immediately researching other schools. He goes to Berry now and is THRIVING. Looking back, there were several red flags. I walked in for a tour and the front door is just left unlocked. Keep in mind that this school is not located in a good part of town. There are also windows everywhere immediately when you walk in the front door, and they are just pulling children’s pants down to change them in front of anyone to see. I’m a therapist who has worked with kids for many years, and I did not feel safe leaving my child in their care at that facility. I recommend Berry CDC and Berry Elementary to anyone who is looking for a school for their children.

I’m surprised by the grade given by the state. I have kids in this school and a neighboring district and see a huge difference in Anna K. My experience as a parent has been so much more pleasant with the staff. I feel my kids have had their needs addressed and supported. The love and the way they care about families has been amazing. The facilities are much nicer than the other area schools. There’s new technology and resources available at Anna K. I wonder how much of the poor grade has to do with Covid related things that just couldn’t be helped? As a parent I fully recommend Anna K and hope to get my last elementary kid in there and away from the other school soon.
