    "Safe, clean neighborhood in the heart of South Tampa. Most kids could walk to Plant High School. Close to lots of restaurants (Soho and S Dale Mabry). Dog park nearby. Side walks in many places. Brick streets. Country Club. Easy and fast commute anywhere due to main streets (Dale Mabry and MacDill) and Selmon Expressway. "
