    "There's lots of trees and single family homes. Most places are in walking distance. Close enough to university but no so much to be drowned in college life."

    "The lake that attracts all the homeless people in the city. Also, people loiter in the streets to the north AND east of campus. "

    "Best location to FSU University with attached 2 car garage. Great area that is student and pet friendly. Pool included. It is just behind the Catholic Church, near the President's house, close to DeGraff Dorm at FSU. A quick walk to classes and student Union. Great community!!"
