    "There seems to be a lot of families in the area. As a single middle aged female, I feel safe living in the area. It’s a great location in proximity to the beaches, downtown Sarasota, the Legacy Trail, etc. "

    "Although sidewalks are non existent for family walks, there is a nice park a short distance away and we love being in such close proximity to the beaches. 10-15 minutes to Casey Key, Turtle Beach and Siesta Key. Target and publix and other shopping is so close by. We love this neighborhood. "
