    "I really don't know what community events happen on Snell Isle, I only lived there for a short time while waiting for my house to be ready to move in to. There are definitely a few community churches and a community center, so there must be events. There are some very nice neighborhood a there. "

    "There's one bus that goes through Snell isle, not very often, it's a quiet neighborhood, close enough to 4 st in some areas to walk or ride a bike to downtown, shopping or the parks. "

    "Very safe, walkable neighborhood, close to the water but a no flood zone, walking distance to many shopping venues, restaurants and parks. "

    "I’ve lived in Five Points for 2.5 years and enjoy the neighborhood very much. Always people walking their dogs or children in carriages. People are always out maintaining their yards. There is very light vehicle traffic inside the main thoroughfares between 30th ave and 38th ave and 4th and 9th st. Lots of healthy shopping surrounding the neighborhood plus a few blocks to the bay and boat ramps. 5 Points is not in a flood zone. "
