"There is no dog park in Riverview. have to travel to Tampa or surrounding cities to go to a fenced in park.

"I lived here for fifteen years before it got too crowded. It was a nice area and safe. However, the traffic got terrible from being overcrowded. It used to be a somewhat rural area but now it is a suburban nightmare."

"Love this area, you have different routes to get to Tampa you have US 301, HWY 75 and 41. Hopefully they approve the proposal to start the ferry construction from Brandon to MacDill AFB. Also the schools in this area are great you have excellent charters schools, public and private. We are only 45 minutes from Olando and 30 minutes from Bush Gardens and the Zoo. We have Brandon Mall, Target, Publix, Walmart, SAMs Club. Also this is a gated community with security cameras with out paying CDD fees is always clean and organized it is great! I highly recommend ."
