    "This is not a good community to live in dirty and unsafe area. People do not clean up after their pets and there is trash everywhere. The community has a lot of crime inside and also the surrounding area. "

    "Neighborhood is pretty quiet. During holidays traffic can be pretty bad. It has many shopping areas such as the Mall of Millenia, Target, Costco, BJ’s and many restaurants."

    "This is a terrible neighborhood and part of town. I wouldn’t recommend moving here to anyone. When you come here to visit the place during the day it seems like a decent place. Looks can be deceiving "

    "I’ve lived here over a year. The best part about the complex are definitely the Maitenance guys. They are put to help you with anything you need even though they are backed up on requests. Worst part is everyone throws their trash everywhere. Also a lot of abandoned cars throughout the parking lot which leaves little spaces for us. "
