    "I've lived here for 8 years. It's very pretty and has an awesome town center that strives to bring the neighborhood together. There are some strict guidelines but thats what keeps the place pretty!"

    "Not much different from any other HOA gated community. Full of snowbirds and not real kid friendly. "

    "The older residents of this community do not seem to care for children very much. Additionally, they are also the ones who speed on the neighborhood streets (including past the bus stop) and run the stop signs, so I would not leave my child unsupervised around the street. "
