    "The prices of houses are holding steady so it is great for young families to start a family here. Code enforcement does seem to be on top of code violations so most houses should be well built because everyone has to pull permits to do any kind of work. The sewer infrastructure was recently updated."

    "I've lived in this neighborhood since I was a child. Have since lived here even now. The people in my neighborhood know each other and help each other out even if our cars are gone and if things look suspicious our neighbor calls just to make sure everything is fine. "
