    "Easy access to public transportation but not needed if you work in downtown or Brickell as all basics are in walking distance or you can use metro-rail, also, access to I-95 is less than 5 minutes away from any point in downtown. "

It’s also gritty and up and coming which is important to me - it adds character and a sense of home for me.
