    "City does a good job at keeping the homeless off your property and recently built a lot of higher sea walls so less street flooding now. Still have flooding in garage so definitely need an suv "

    "The trolley takes long time. The Freebee sometimes get a long time just to confirm the trip, so I walk sometimes, and other times I use my car or Uber services "
