    "My husband and I have lived here for years and love it!! The neighbors on our street all look out for each other and each others properties. Our neighborhood is a huge favorite for families on Halloween and we all have a friendly rivalry trying to outdo each other when decorating for Halloween! We will be selling in the next few years because we miss the change of seasons, but will honestly miss our home, neighbors and neighborhood!!"

    "Halloween is great in our neighborhood. We get a ton of kids and we have a friendly yard/house decorating competition. We also have a block party at Christmas. Everyone looks out for everyone else. A very friendly, tight knit neighborhood. "
