    "Nice place to walk your dog, good sidewalks everywhere. There's a park with wooded trails and a creek. Also a large space to play fetch."

    "Brierwood is an amazing area to live in. The neighborhood is centrally located in Jacksonville. Being an older neighborhood the streets are wide with sidewalks on both sides. Traffic in the neighborhood is low with easy access to San Jose and Baymeadows roads from multiple streets. Front and back yards are large with lots of space between houses. This is a quiet place to live with plenty of mature trees. The neighborhood has a nice blend of families with school aged children and many older couples who have lived in the neighborhood since it was built. "
