Residents tiptoe around, fearing reprimand for inconsequential matters, while genuine concerns like infrastructure maintenance and safety fall by the wayside. It's a microcosm of misplaced priorities, where conformity reigns supreme over community well-being. In this overzealous landscape, the spirit of cooperation is suffocated by a suffocating blanket of triviality."

    "This neighborhood is very family friendly. The restaurants and stores are very close and the schools are within walking distance. Most people go the speed limit and are very cautious for kids and most of the neighbors are very nice to everyone. "

    "Dog friendly walking space. All neighbors follow leash laws and clean up after their pets. Most are courteous about stepping aside with dogs in sidewalk."
