    "Car is the best way, there is a Buss service and cabs available, but why? This is car heaven lots of people from up north are finally able to actually have one when they retire without worrying about salt damage, and cold damage."

Access to celebration areas for private parties, public pool always warm enough, private island and play ground for walks, private marina, awesome sunsets, year round weather, close to hospitals, beaches and town and best of all friendly staff!"

    "I love this area. It is only 5 1/2 miles from Ft. Myers Beach, 10 miles from Sanibel, and 1 mile from the river. There is also a boat ramp and dock in the community. It is bike and pedestrian friendly. It has a lake with walking trail around it. It is also a quite neighborhood. It is close to shopping and restaurants as well. I love, love, love this area."
