"I live work and play in this area. I bought in this community in 2006 and was one of the first ones to move into the community and love it! It is close to everything. Delray Beach is growing and new retail outlets are moving in, i.e., Trader Joe's, LA Fitness, Ipic Theatre, Fresh Market and much much more!! "
