    "I have lived in this neighborhood for 9 years and absolutely love it. It is beautiful, quiet, safe, and the neighbors are super friendly and helpful. It's close to everything - I can easily get to downtown Clearwater in 6 minutes, the beaches in 10 minutes and Nature's Food Patch healthy grocery store in 4 minutes."

    "Since I moved to the neighborhood in 1998 the neighborhood has drastically improved and several million dollar homes have been built. This is a great neighborhood, very quiet with rolling hills (mostly unknown in Florida) and a sense of well being without needing to have a neighborhood control group. Close to excellent schools, downtown, the beach and shopping. Neighbors rebuy in the neighborhood and very few homes are for sale - people want to stay here! One neighbor has purchased 3 houses in a row over the years and has extended family members living there."
