And people are very friendly.The association keeps the grounds clean and the greenery always nice and neat close to everything"

    "Quit and safe. Not a lot of traffic yet. Able to bike or walk around the golf course and Waterways. Some restaurants and coffee shop and supermarket.Well kept area and fine visuals from the building."

    "Most people in Aventura are educated and successful in life. I would also say very family oriented. Aventura has a great school system. A Police force that is impeccable. The library is technically brand new."
