    "There are many many dogs in this neighborhood and around McIntosh lake but there are many concerns of misbehaved dogs off leash around the park and a lot of poop not picked up. "

    "Kids still play in the street where I live. Neighbors knock on your door to shovel walks and borrow stuff. One neighbor even mows our lawn. Nice folks here."

    "Clean and well kept, kids still play in the street here. Beautiful sunsets over lake that is just 2 blocks away. Tennis courts, playground and 3.5 mile trail grace this area which is also a sanctuary for many varieties of bird, even pelicans!"
