Ive had three children attend FLS. My first two were fine. But they fired thenprofessional seasoned principal. Then made the inexperienced first grade teacher the principal. She, the current principal and leadership lacks the experience and education to lead the school in its next chapter. This school also lacks instructor diversity. The school is led by all women that previously attended the school and now work there. Their children get a discounted tuition and preferential treatment. Each time a male teacher is hired he only last a semester because the women run them away Currently there are two male teachers. There is only one PE teacher and its female that a friend of the leadership team. Consequently they all live in a bubble and other their children get the resources to be successful. The academic curriculum is declining and outdated because the principal refuses to implement curriculum to meet the technology and AI curriculum. There is only one computer teacher and the students meet once a week. They lack an excellent foreign language, music and arts instructors. I would not recommend this school in you are looking for a quality Christian private school

We’ve attended Children’s Place since my oldest was 3 years old. I chose this school for the intimate environment it offers, specialized learning, staff and student body diversity, the classic Montessori curriculum, and the fair cost (especially compared to other Montessori private schools). Both of my children have absolutely thrived in this environment. I am continually impressed as my kids show incredible confidence, self-leadership, problem-solving skills, and collaborative skills, all of which were strongly nurtured throughout their years there. We will continue onward to the Elementary program, and we are looking for a safe, child-led educational experience that focuses on the whole child and relationship-based learning. The teachers stay with the children for a prolonged period of time, enabling a deeper learning experience that is based on trust and truly knowing the whole child. Cannot recommend this school enough. I’ve referred several families, all of whom are happy with and impressed by their program.
