    "If it wasn't known that the popular song was written from a houseboat in Saulsalito, one would think Otis Redding wrote the jam from here. You will find people walking thier dogs, fishing, running etc. The clouds seperated by the skyline hills and clear the way for some of the best weather in the SF Bay Area. Shoreview, San Mateo is a gem of a neighborhood ! Also very diverse, growing up here I grew accustomed to, and learned to appreciate, people from many different cultures. "

    "I've always lived in the SF Bay Area, neighborhoods along the SF peninsula are great because of location, location, location. Living here exposes you to people that are always into the latest technology no matter what you are in to. From here, San Francisco is Tru-li in your backyard. "

    "I have live and worked in North Shoreview for 5 years. I have enjoyed my neighbors, they are kind and caring. I great sense of community, three of my neighbors are on the North Shoreview Neighborhood Assc. North Shorview School works with the children and is one of the top rated schools in San Mateo. We are close to downtown, the bay, Ryder Park. It is a very comfortable place to live."
