    "The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to let the kids play outside. Grant hill part is a block away and many neighbors take their morning jog there and back for exercise. The playground is always full as is the basketball court after work."

    "There is a lot of trash on the ground. There are a lot of dogs out of their yards running around. Pet owners need to keep their dogs inside and/or on leashes. Other then that, it’s pretty safe. "
