    "Pretty easy to get to the 91 and the 215 freeway, except during morning and evening work hrs. Everyone uses Van Buren to bypass the 10-215 exchange. There is ALWAYS a BACK UP!!!!!"

    "Busy streets, if your out far enough it’s not a problem. And the lack of sidewalks is a disadvantage. It’s easier to just go to the park. I do like the seclusion and privacy as the lots are larger."
