    "The homes are beautiful and the neighbors keep their home perfect at all times, but the best part is the neighbors. We hit the jackpot on with our neighbors. They are the best."

    "I was not aware of this area until a realtor showed me some homes in Kavala Ranch. Its a bit farther down from the older area of Anatolia. All new home buyers hardly any rentals. Very nice neighborhood. Its a solar community which is really cool. Great prices for new homes in a nice area. The only downside is that its somewhat isolated and so there is not a lot of retail nearby. That will probably come as the area is developed. Its not very far from folsom area or sunrise mall area for shopping etc."
