    "It doesn’t have as many families, and there are still the people who originally owned, thus potentially the trick-or-treating is not as popular, however safety and proximity to Trader Joe’s and other awesome grocery stores is absolutely ideal."

    "Wonderful trails, wide streets, so many hills. But there are coyotes to always watch out for. This fact can’t be stressed enough. Most people protect themselves and their companion animals by carrying canes, sticks, noisemakers. Anyone who leaves an animal outdoors does not deserve to have one."

"

    "This is a beautiful locality, at the foot of the San Gabriel mountain range. The Metro is within walking distance; shopping is right there. Perfect for evening walks, and hiking during weekends. The drama group A Noise Within is a stone's throw. They stage great plays and provide opportunities for aspiring actors. We just love it here. "
