    "My neighborhood there’s always people walking their dogs, always pick up after them and are very respectful when they see me out with my little dog. Typically they cross the street, not knowing my dog would love the interaction (but they know their dog better and what’s the best move). "

    "We've lived here since 1982, raised our four children & now ten grandkids. Most of our neighbors have been here as long or longer. It is a very family friendly cult-de-sac."

    "Located in a quiet cult-de-sac in a very family friendly community. Close to schools, shopping, parks, and freeways - but not too close to compromise privacy and tranquility. Having happily lived here for 28 years, my adult kids like the neighborhood so much that they bring their families here to play and shop! My grand-kids are members of local Pop Warner football and Los Al softball & gymnastics teams, which are among the finest in the country."
