    "Here is very Peaceful, respectful and educated people around us. I feel so safe when I walk alone for the grocery shopping near my my house. Here is so friendly for my dog to walk. I love there are many parks for my kids to play. Moreover there are many big trees, so shaded!!💚"

    "All areas are clean. They do have some plastic bags for dog pooping. Nice job cleaning! But while walking our dogs the street light at Roosevelt and Monroe are not lit-ten up so we couldn’t see where we were walking."

    "Fairly quick commute, about 12 minutes, mostly on the I-5 freeway. Rush hour can add another 15 minutes, but this is rare."
