    "Brightwater is quiet, safe, lovely looking, and that's not the best part. If you like walking like my wife and me, you'll love the Bolsa Chica wetlands trails. There are 5 entrances from Brightwater and you have access to many trails ranging from .5 mile to 3 miles. Bring you camera because you will see something interesting."

    "I've lived in Brightwater since 2011. It's a beautiful, quiet, and safe community comprised of families, empty-nesters, and those who appreciate living in the best climate in the world. Brighwater is an active community. The community center is well equipped with 3 pools and an uncrowded, well-stocked, clean gym. The gym has cardio equipment, weight machines, and dead weights. The community is extra quiet as it is nestled on the back shelf of the Bolsa Chica Wetlands, a .5 mile from any major roads. There are 5 entry ways on to the Bolsa Chica hiking trail from within Brightwater. The trails offer beautiful views of the ocean, Catalina Island, LA Harbor, Palos Verdes, and all the way south to Dana Point. There are scores of species of animals living in the area. From great looking birds, to coyotes, to rabbits and skunks."

    "Brightwater is a beautiful, quiet, well planned community. Walking the neighborhood is enjoyable and accessing the Bolsa Chica wetland paths are even more fun and convenient. The community center is within 1/10 of a mile and offers a clean safe gym, pool, and clubhouse."

    "I live here and it is absolutely beautiful. It is quiet because the neighborhood is about .5 mile south of the closest busy street. The Bolsa Chica preserve and paths are kept nice, easy and fun to hike, and make you feel like you're far away."
