Simin Beshavard’s classroom at Columbus Elementary, may not be the best fit for every student, particularly special needs students and or those who benefit from consistent communication and balanced attention. The teaching style appears micromanaged, which can limit student independence and create a tense atmosphere. There were also instances where physical interactions with students appeared overly forceful, including grabbing students by the arms in a manner that may be perceived as aggressive. This raised concerns about appropriate handling and student comfort within the classroom. There are noticeable inconsistencies as well in responsiveness, as student concerns or questions may not always be acknowledged in a timely or direct manner. Additionally, classroom dynamics suggest that attention and engagement may be unevenly distributed among students, potentially impacting inclusivity. Interactions between staff and support aides can occasionally come across as authoritative rather than collaborative, which may influence the overall tone of the classroom. Parents seeking a nurturing, communicative, and student-centered environment may want to carefully consider whether this setting aligns with their child’s needs.

I WOULD 500% RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL. MY OLDEST WENT HERE THEN MY YOUNGEST, THE TEACHERS RARE AMAZING, THE OWNER MRS. ANGELA IS AMAZING. I ONLY HAVE GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS SCHOOL. THE CURRICULUM IS THE BEST! MY BOYS WERE MORE THAN READY FOR KINER. LOVE LOVE LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS SCHOOL. TAKE YOUR KIDSS!!
