Weibel

I was disappointed by my experience at a recent Weibel basketball game. In my observation, the coaching style emphasized very aggressive play, which made me uncomfortable for an elementary-level program. I also witnessed heated interactions with referees and opposing coaches, which created a tense atmosphere during the game.Youth sports are, in my view, an opportunity to model respect, teamwork, and good sportsmanship. I hope the program continues to reflect on how coaching behavior impacts young players and the broader community.
