    "Neighborhood is nice and quiet. The community stays clean and the HOA is very considerate. We love that it’s close to stores and freeways so it’s easy access. When in the community, makes you feel safe."

    "I LIVE IN CONDOS. QUIET. NEAREST PARK FROM ME 6 MILES LAKESIDE. NEAREST GROCERY STORE 1.2 MILES. DMV .5 MILES. WEATHER IS ONE SEASON. NICE. PEOPLE WEAR MASKS. HAIR SALONS, BARBERS ARE NOT FAR. CONVENIENT TO FREEWAY. 7/11 AND LIQUOR STORE 100 YARDS AWAY. ITS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE TO LIVE HERE. GASOLINE IS HIGH. REAL-ESTATE EXPENSIVE. RENT IS HIGH. "

    "There is a lot of drug traffic and transients living out of their cars. It’s just unsafe. So I do not trust the tweakers walking up and down My Fence Line, EVERY SINGLE DAY, that they would try and steal my my dog or something on property. "
