An excellent experience all throughout Kindergarten-Fifth grade. The staff is incredibly helpful and respectful, and bullying isn’t a serious issue, although some years a student bully may be there. However, the staff handles it well, and the bullies who may be there often go through character development, which is a phenomenal evolution. They also focus a lot on respect, behavior, kindness, and empathy which is important and gives the students a good mindset. Overall, although there are more advanced topics involved with subjects and more homework than most elementary schools, it is an enriched, fun school community. However, the advanced learning makes you more prepared for further in life. Additionally, you practice switching periods and having math and reading levels in fourth grade to get you ready for middle and high school. CDC, the after-school program there, gives students a good schedule and helps with the hassle of some parents having to be home from work late. You can finish homework there, enjoy snacks, and have fun with your friends, along with learning new skills and activities. I don’t know how it’s in the present, but when I was a student here, it was a wonderful school to be a part of, which I’m very fortunate for.
