    "This is a great part of central Tucson. You are walking distance to shops, dining, parks, River Path and a short drive to DMAFB or UofA, . It's a quiet neighborhood with mature trees. Neighbors take pride in their homes. Solid masonary homes that are still affordable for first time homebuyers or someone on a budget."
